Does LinQ integrate with third party payment processing systems?

Yes.  LinQ currently integrates with major payment processing systems like Stripe, PayPal and Authorize.net

Can LinQ support Proctored Exams?

Yes.  You can administer proctored, in-person exams whether online or paper, saving time and making testing a simple process.

Does LinQ provide class completion reporting?

Yes.  Completion reporting is simple and only takes a minute to do. Completion reports are available to view and download for easy agency reporting.

Is there an ability to send scheduled custom emails?

Yes.  LinQ has an Email Template Builder to write customized emails and a Schedular to set unlimited emails based on events such as class registration date, start date, completion date, or class expiration date.

Can we repurpose existing class content?

Yes.  LinQ classes are build in module format so classes can be repurposed without building a completely new class. This provides the school an ability to sell stand alone or grouped classes utilizing the same class content.

Do registrations from our website show in LinQ immediately?

Yes.  Viewable on the LinQ dashboard, new registrations from your website populate immediately. Additionally, monthly cumulative sales are displayed organized by class type.

What type of classes can be offered with LinQ?

You can create online self-study classes (video), webinar classes, hybrid classes, SCORM classes, knowledge check classes, classroom classes or any combination (blended learning).

What is a Unique Monthly User?

A Unique Monthly User (UMU) is defined as a student who logs into their online class for the first time during the month. They count as one Unique Monthly User. All subsequent logins, by that student, during the month are not counted as a UMU. Unique Monthly Users are used to calculate the LinQ pricing plan.

How is site customization handled?

Any LinQ site can be customized and begins with a detailed Customized Build Plan (CBP) created by the LinQ tech team based on your specific need.  Upon agreement to the CBP, LinQ engineers will build specialized components to the LinQ platform based on timeline and cost outlined in the CBP.
